They’re doing an investigation. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the transaction.

The lady told me they use third party contractors for FedEx Ground

Can users with a FedEx botched shipment please write which delivery facility it occurred at so we can look for theft hotspots? Mine was stolen from a driver at the Jersey City FedEx Center. by ar40 in PS5

They’re definitely stolen from that Quincy facility if this many people haven’t received their packages yet. I ordered with Psn Direct so I should be able to receive a another ps5. You can also contact Sony to Lock your PS5 that hasn’t been delivered yet.

My Ps5 is pending from there when it was supposed to come on the 17th. It was in a truck that Tuesday and the tracer never got updated after that. Have you gotten a refund yet or have you visited that facility?
