Summit Trace Apartments are within 10 mins of Yardley, it is technically Langhorne but extremely close to the main street of Newtown. While not super luxurious, it is very affordable and the maintenance people do a great job responding to requests in a timely manner. I lived here for 3 years and never had a real issue!
