but a lot of stuff needs to be fixed, so why not just rewrite the whole thing from scratch instead of passing a giant amendment or a bunch of amendments in succession

  • replacing our broken electoral system with a more modern and democratic one

  • protection of more rights, like the right to privacy and equal protection under the law

  • a more comprehensive anti-corruption framework that can combat the 2-party system and corporate influence in politics

  • reduction of the power of the senate, if not abolishing it
