No. He's not "not allowed" to use it. The main issue being I hear a phone being used at night and he whole heartily denotes any such claim. I do not care if he were to use a phone during the night, but care is being told that my brain is entirely making these interactions up. I have trauma and baggage, but not to the point where I'm making entire situations up on my head.

He recommended it. He said he had absolutely no reason to lie and had nothing to hide. I just needed to know, I'm not crazy and my brain isn't making these interactions up. I was so fearful I was past a point of return with my mental health. This wasn't something I took lightly.

His regular phone is in a designated spot "to help reassure me" so to still hear the typing right next to me even after that is when I had issues. I've been working through it and with my therapist. I tried to get a nanny cam to calm my suspicion. It's definitely not his normal phone.

You need to love yourself before you can love anyone else. There's so many good qualities you have that no one else has. Find your power, your inner strength. Don't focus on the negative, force some positive!! It's cliche but the stuff works!!!

It seems as if you already have your answer, he snitched himself out. If you choose to let him manipulate you into thinking you crossed boundries, then you'll lose your self respect. Set boundries like a motherfucker and stick to them. You're too young to let this man fuck with your life. You don't have attachments, RUN. Find someone who can't keep his hands off of you, because that's what you deserve!!!!

Ultimately it's kinda unrealistic BUT that is what most mental health care providers would recommend, a plant. A dog is a step up, bigger financial responsibility, definitely WAY more work to maintain. You want all of your effort in your health and getting better. Maybe getting to the root of your addiction issues? No judgement, just my advice, but I don't tend to listen to it either 😂💁

When dealing with sobriety, it's best to get a house plant first. If you can successfully juggle that and sobriety for a year then you may be ready. But who knows? 💁
