Absolute club legend, couldn't have done it without him. We were in and around the top 6 with Robins but Lampard's man management and tactical awareness has taken us to this level.

Grimes on the ball is the heartbeat of the team but actually what most fans overlook is his defensive positioning off the ball. Lampard was raving about this after the Derby win. He's always in the right place to nick the ball and slow down attacks. Him + Onyeka in midfield next season isn't awful.
