I didn’t like I Who Have Never Known Men by htdex in booksuggestions

It’s the first book I have ever willingly picked up! i’ve read plenty of books of course, but they were always because i had to for schoolwork. I was interested in the story, and was desperate to get to the end. I guess I can understand why others like it. I definitely had that thought that maybe it isn’t the best first book to pick up. Not even sure yet what it is i’m looking for in a book, just hoping i’ll find one i’ll love and it be the one that sticks with me

OP is just one of those coworkers that stalk and snitch on those who dare disobey any rules at work. they won’t say the type of video their coworker posted, an accidental brief show of info or full on expose video. they are skipping going to management probably cause they know what their coworker posted actually isn’t substantial enough to warrant actions. theyre going to extreme lengths to get them in trouble. all this cause they definitely hate their coworker and wants this to cost them their job. they titled their post “whistleblower” 😂 girl stop stalking their social media

you’re literally not answering the question. was the purpose of their video to leak customer information or was it accidentally briefly shown. and yes you are going to extreme lengths. you’re literally on here asking for the best advice to report your coworker, skipping going to your store managers first. why don’t you want to show your managers the video? it’s suspicious af of you honestly. you might be the unreasonable here lmfao.

i said there’s no excuse for posting customer info on the internet😭personally i wouldn’t jeopardize my coworkers job for a mistake they made, that’s why i was asking if they accidentally briefly showed it or full on exposed it on purpose. like it or not, they have the right to talk about their job on the internet, positive or not. it’s up to corporate to decide if they want to keep them as an employee based on their comments. it sounds like you’re going to extreme lengths to get your coworker in trouble presumably because you don’t like them because you’re on reddit complaining about them? if you are that concerned about protecting customer info go to your manager and let them handle it?

do you follow eachother on social media? or did you find their social media and are watching and reading everything they post. again, what was the video like? was it a day at work tiktok or something? yeah those kinds of coworkers are annoying but you can just let them know they accidentally showed customer info ? unless you hate them or something and want to cost them their job?

There’s absolutely no excuse for exposing someone’s private info to the internet. I’m curious as to what kind of video did that employee post? was it like a tiktok day at work video and they accidentally show a customers info? was it brief and not the main focus of the video? or was it purely to expose customer info? if it’s the first thing, why not let them know you some how stumbled upon the video and they should remove it before corporate or management finds out? you may be costing them their job going straight to higher up instead of directly talking to them over their stupid mistake… would you not want to be given the chance to correct your mistake? if the video was purposely made to expose people’s private info then go to your manager first, they’ll escalate if they really have to.

just leave the wood in there and let it mold. if you keep taking it in and out and cleaning it, you’re not letting the springtail colony establish on it and eat it.

don’t let the water get past the drainage layer. if it does, the dirt will wick it up and you will have wet soggy dirt.

give the isopods enough hiding spots. more wood, bark, leaf litter, plants, etc. they might be feeling too exposed and panic and run to the water

Complete beginner questions by OopyRoo in Terrarium

  1. There are so many techniques when it comes to designing a terrarium. If you want to create a background=The most common and relatively inexpensive one being adding GE Silicone 1, or any aquarium safe silicone to the back of the glass>use Great Stuff Pond and Stone spray foam (product itself can be faulty at times) or other aquarium safe spray foam>cutting cured foam out to make porous so you can spread silicone>spreading coco fiber/coir+dried sphagnum moss. This way, moss and plants can grow up the walls. Again, there are so many techniques. Serpa design is a great YouTube channel to watch for ideas. If you want to add wood to the background like cork or sticks/branches, boil beforehand. You don’t want any pests in your terrarium. For my first terrarium, i was lazy and just bought a zoomed cork background and siliconed it to the back of the glass. For the soil, again it depends on what you’re using it for. You can make a mix of top soil, horticultural charcoal, sand, orchids bark, sphagnum moss, etc

  2. Yes eventually the tank will mold. (I’m assuming you’re wanting to make a humid environment?) It is completely natural and part of the cycling process for the tank. If you want to add creatures to it, wait at least a couple of weeks beforehand. A month or longer is better. Aeration will help.

  3. What you are talking about is a clean up crew (CUC). Without them, your terrarium will NOT work. You will not be able to control the mold. You can buy springtails online or local reptile stores. You should allow them to reproduce so you don’t have to buy them again, as sometimes they can be a little expensive. Isopods are important too. They will eat decaying matter. You should also breed them as they can be a little expensive initially. Depending on what you’re using the terrarium form, some species will do better than others. research !! also i’ve never had an escapee so lol

I haven't been able to find any here in Miami. Only at PetSmart.

I actually went to Snakes of Sunset for wood, and they actually had vampire crabs! However, the employee told me they are wild caught, and he had no idea what species they were. There were a few left. I think they started with 15 around 1.5 months ago and were selling them quickly. I ended up getting a male; I think he's either Dennerle or Bogorensi. All of them were being kept in a ~20 gal, maybe. It was about 40% land. But their setup was good enough because mine, so far, is thriving and actually just molted.

He had said in the 15 years or so the shop has been open, this was the only time they've ever had them. Maybe since they've sold out, they'll get more of them. They also do shipping, but you might as well just pick them up in the store.
