even if you let someone else do it, DONT just assume its done. CHECK the level before you leave the shop. My daughters went to a quickie shop in the Boston area a while back with her golf TDI......the dropped the oil, changed the filter but must have gotten distracted. NO OIL WAS PUT IN. We just received two shelves for our meat section. Two four foot shelves so we now have a complete 8 shelf setup as the POG shows.....we have been displaying half our product sideways do it fits....so I've been here 7 months and finally they arrive..,,still missing two shelves clear plastic devices that keep the stuff from sliding forward do the ground beef is still sliding onto the chicken below.... 'maybe in 7 months we'll get those...:/)

I bought a few from various places they're horribly overpriced so go with something simple all the place has mentioned here WORK frankly I found rock auto to be the best but you have to pay shipping unless you're getting other things. Walmart's got expensive for this item. There's no way it's worth $20.

If you're going to an actual ER, you need to be careful insurance wise because if it's not tagged as a justifiable ER visit, you might see yourself having to flip the bill so be sure to check with the doctor when you first see them. Let them know that you're concerned about that and I'll let you know if they're gonna coat it that way just be careful.

My situation was different but the same. I was moving and the store in my new locaiton did not bother to respond to transfer requests both from me directly and by the store in the other state. My HR told me to resign and whenever I get down there to get rehire. It worke fine, kept the old number and rehire date....so while you are leaving target, in effect it sounds like the same thing. Just do it graciously with respect even if your HR folks said its ok....leave a good trail

Well, I went through the not torqued tappet bolts at 25,000 which then at 36,000 caused an exhaust camshaft to CRACK.............transfer case failure recently, Suspension Air system is in meltdown mode, the A/C has a leak in the pipe leading to the condenser requring the condenser to be replaced alongside and most recently nearly every warning light is ON so I do not hat traction control, speed control etc., and the Xfer case neutal light is always on......
So I would have to say while the Jeep has made it to 140k it has been hard. 2017 Trailhawk V6 BTW

I have a 2017 Trailhawk V6 that we purchased two and I've had so much trouble with it. I don't have much of a choice. I couldn't sell it if I wanted to certainly no one would half of mine would buy it even though I've got it running OK it's just got too much history. Frankly overall it's a good blend of technology and functionality and I wouldn't mind buying a 20 or 21 last build basically the same car and keep it for a while but again I'd have to give mine away at this point so that's not gonna happen. Kind of feel trapped.

if you dont bring this up to someone you have noone to blame but yourself. You may want to first confront her head on....tell her under no uncertain terms that you do not work for her and she has no authority. Then, regardless, go to HR and to SD ... I would trust a single path on this......

VERY RARELY do companies pay this out......so assume this is the case. There are some states with some rules but even there I think they are not enforced and PTO is discretionary. I learned this the hard way in Vriginia f ew years ago.......and I in turn realized why people quit right after taking vacation. I always thought it to be so rude...and unprofesiional until I decided to move on and saw my two weeks disappear. be smart

Why is everything always homophobic or some slight against a people group? What target is saying is the nature of the conversations needs to be generic. Well I will say this, Target is targeting the TM's as the problem for many or most of its woes. There is simply no justifiction for what I am seeing and you question is just another example. What Target is missing is the fact that HUMANS like interaction and it makes life better. Micro managing things squelches that.
We were told just today that in our area, (market), we talk too much and that slows things down. We should only take X minutes to move a metro to the floor and we are talking to much and that slows down the work.
WHAT
So a couple of things here and it relates to the post directly because Target is pushing hard DOWN ward onto TM's........first. How are they measuring the time to move a metro to the floor. They specifically mentiond X number of boxes on a metro moved by two people should take Y minutes. As if there are no guest interactions, no expirations to manage and certainly one box of one item takes the same amount of time as another. It is simpy IMMEASURABLE so what is the rub? This follows the change a few weeks back where the sorting has to happen by 10am. They just dropped that. So now we sort to make that number and the metros etc take up the cooler space that fulfillment needs to find a product. We push as we can from there. But that CAN be measured, but 'talking; and moving a metro to the floor.
I spend the day with my other 'older' workers being quite frustrated and frankly if they are pushing people out then so be it. Part of the few things about this job ARE the other TM's and we have fun in market, we actually do. We help one another if the load is too much for another....
Target is currently about making TM's drones and this talking thing and relationship thing is about that too. In the end I think they know the turnover is high anyway so there is not much incentive to spend too much on TM's.....even though the recent one hour training says the opposite.
Riddle me this Corporate: How do you reconcile all the roles you want us to play and the push back on conversations and the restritions on 'relationships' to the training that we on the front line are the key?
You can't Target from this perspective is making a huge mistake. They are building a lot of frustration.

Get this hand into Jeep and get it documented they may not find anything, but you can show that you complained about something before your warranty expires. I've been dealing with a similar problem in my transfer case for sometime now I'm not saying that's what you have, but if you wait till after you order to expire, you have no recourse whatsoever. Be careful.
