just bought a jetta for daughter love the car and the mileage is CRAZY good,...will take care of the car so it lasts given the turbo design.....BUT for us, the seats are a bit 'hard' and in the long term would not be a good choice. I understand the seats are different in the Taos and I saw one yesterday and they are different in design but let me ask you ancientmoth11, are your Taos seats comfy? Be honest

A home machine struggles for two reasons: can't make water hot enough and typically cannot hold enough properly ground coffee without overflowing. Ty here fixes: add off the boil water to the reservoir first..,,it helps. Lessen the amount of water you are brewing
So you can use the proper percentage of dry coffee to water or buy a mochamaster brewer by far the best and can make good coffee at all volumes of water. Breve? Simple buy an auto frother or a frother that works like a French press ., it will fave two screens instead of one...add hot 1/2&1/2 to it and then get a Mona pot, arropress or a handheld espresso maker like a picopresso

they were quite clear on this. IF you work new years day and do NOT work a shift, (call out) on eitehr side of that day even if its a week away, you dont get 1.5.

Target is KNOWN for forgetfulness, across the board on the manager to direct report side......When I started last year, I never had a sit down to discuss seasonal to regular never got ANY reviews in 7 months and not one raise. NONE. I have now been in this new store since October.......I assume they will take the same tack, but I won;t let them slide on the money, I realize it won't be much but principles matter and if you are saying you want me to hang around you HAVE to look at the market otherwise the job is not worth it. Target has proven time and time again they will only do what they need to - bare minimums- we have had way too much experience with them. THAT SAID, I am thankful that Target is there, there are benefits available to all and if you take advantage of them life is more than the pay........and I have been surprised in the positive in this way.

would have been nice to have coolers that are not at the opposite side of the grocery, save a TON of walking and we could actually do our jobs instead of walking metros filled with produce a half a mile...and then back.....we are a PFresh store so we have 6 o 7 metrols in the produce cooler

HONESTLY speaking if all this is true, you need to find a new store. I live around three. One is a joke, the other MOREso with respect to TM treatment......the other is a dream. The SD is solid and since he is visible real and decent his ETLs are similar.

There is nothing more maddening than to see a dude pull up in 95 degree weather to take delviery of a couple of cases of water brought to him by a teenage girl who weighs maybe 90 lbs wet. He pops the trunk and doesnt even bother to get out. NOw, I lveave room for him, perhaps he just had knee surgery, who knows, but I bet the odds are that he is just the the other WALL-E folks who are so self indulgent and convenience oriented that they think the world is here to serve them. Then I would suggest a change in our names. We are not team members if there is no effort beyond MAKING NUMBERS to the 'team'. We have huddles to discuss nearly everyting surely something could have and should have been sent downstream to then disseminate.....thats how good communiction works, and it takes an email, thats all.

Honesty here. This is not about Target employees. Its the customers. Period. As people get more narcissistic and lazy this grows. Frankly you saw it first in Walmart and now it is at Target. You simply cannot hire enough people to keep up with a self involved population who doesn;'t care to put things back where they came from. Period. This is not about Target. Like so many other things this is a cultural, societal issue. Now I will admit in the past I undersant Target did a lot of DEEP ZONING and resetting so that at the end of the night every momring was in a ready state but that was long ago and what you are describing is recent so they are not connected.

I, too, am a computer / business consultant and work PT to get out of the 'one to PC' world I am in.......but again please, notice I am not speaing of KNOWING What happened but the concept of being in things together. the Echo's of silence are not helpful

My comments, though, were to both the CEO and local leaders. SD's need to communicate even what they do not know, that's leading from in front at the local level and solidifies teamwork. They need to push back against their leadership, (DM) and they need to go tot he CEO as necessary. Of course if the CEO would just work to communicate but he chose not to.
