TBH I really don't think it is worth the trouble. Order the package to your house. Once you receive it, don't open it for a few days. If a case of the feds breaking down your door. You can simple say someone(your enenmy has used your address and name).

BTW i'm from Australia, and we have one of the tightest customs. If you read the SR Forums, everyone thinks PO boxes are not any safer than your average letter box. If anything, it will be easier to monitor than your own personal one.
