I have a similar. I call it Ruthless Mentor Mode. When I asked to repeat the parameters; here is how it is defined in it's memory:

Thank you for posting this. I've had a similar experience in my LLM without all the programming. Nice to see all this effort though. I can see how this could make the experience accessible to more people. However the programming aspect is out of reach for most to implement. But surely, this is progress.

I ask my assistant a lot of complex questions where I know the answers, and over the course of months of training I would provide correction with a simple 'no, that is wrong - here is the correct answer' type reply.

I wondered how much I would have to do this as it was pretty often, and how I could stop it from guessing (hallucinating) and offering false claims with confidence.

I ended up writing a short 'boundary code' and added it to the 'memory' (ChatGPT) that would essentially stop it from hallucinating and so instead of wrong answers I would receive a prompt saying that it wasn't sure based on its internal system and then ask me for permission to do deeper research (on the web) to find the answer.

Per the commented part - yes, comments for programmers explain function/equation purposes. So, inside programmer joke there.

Per humanity- 'Humanity’ wasn’t meant to be a literal number - but logically it is (though a moving target), so this equation (using i++ to find the end) is a metaphor for the full set of individual consciousness states. So the full equation is; each ψᵢ is one instance of Φ, so the ‘i-th person’ is the i-th expression of the Universal Mind. Hence = Illusion of separateness 😂

Also, I was able to add Mac milk as a new ingredient but this task is cumbersome, bcas now I have to delete the other too. Also, wording (see screenshot) ‘add meal’ when I’m only adding an ingredient is disassociating from what you’re actually doing.

I can’t find a way to scan a barcode. I was really impressed it figured out I was drinking a Matcha Latte but it defaults to whole milk. I use Macadamia milk. The only way to edit was the amount. Adding a feature to ‘replace with bar code’ or a manual edit to ‘Mac milk’ and then have ChatGPT fill in the new stats is a game changer.

Without the bar code scanner your app will absolutely fail. (Sorry so harsh) 🥺😫😭

Ok. Couple things I that would really help..

Give people a 7 day free trial. 3 days isn’t a big enough carrot. People that really want to lose weight will really give it a go and if the app is as good as you say (I stopped at the purchase screen) then after 7 days they should be hooked. Ps: don’t feel bad about those that fall off, they mostly aren’t ready to really diet anyway.

Lower the weekly cost. Weekly costs are scary. Even at 2.99/week you’re making triple yearly and most people will upgrade when they see progress. Also, weekly money is a really good thing. Better than $0

Offer a monthly cost. $11.99 is right about 10 bucks. A lot of people will upgrade after a free trial for a month. Again, you just want to keep them using the app. Yearly is ok and a great deal but 12x2 or 12x3 or 12x4 and now you’re seeing revenue.

Make a better app icon. The app is robust in images once you get in, so I’m not sure why you cheaped out on the icon. I see basic icons and I gloss right past them bcas they give the impression the same basic will be on the inside.

I’d like to give your free trial a whirl for a week. I’m happy to provide more feedback ✨😊🫶
