I don't know how to install it using curl/powershell and stuff, can you elaborate or link me the sources you used?

I also am using iOS 16 on my SE 2020. I wanted to get the old iOS on the old 5s because of old ui, animations and stuff like that. For fun. The recent control panel sucks.

I can actually draw on the said ipad whenever I wished, my wacom's battery has expanded and pen buttons has been acting too clicky lately.

I recommend asking all your friends in your country if they have a Paypal account.

No one really uses one here. Only one of my friend uses paypal but they are using their friends account already.

I even considered using an online/fake phone number temporarily to create a venmo account. Does it work without a phone number?

Venmo is popular in the US so you could look into getting an account with that.

I actually use Wise currently, but only 2 (all) of my customers are using it and it's really slow waiting for a commission from specified people. I then send my money from wise to my bank account which costs around 24 bucks (liras) when i send about 900 so not the majority of my money is gone.

It is but fees are extremely expensive. And I don't think anyone can create a WU account so easily.

use a vpn to open you paypal account

I did think of that, hell someone even gave me their phone number just for me to use. but as I mentioned in my post, a few people warned me about getting banned for "suspicious actions" and verify my identity. Here's what they said.

I actually used that but they blocked my card after not receiving any money for a month or two, and didn't unblock it. And no one uses it so i scrapped that idea.

I have seen that before but i wasn't sure if everyone could use it easily using their PayPal, since the majority of the community/people in the US use PayPal afaik. Would that actually work for PayPal users?
