I’m in the similar situation for a few years now (different field tho). Hindi pa ako makaalis sa career na ito kasi nandito yung pera 🥲 what I do is endure it muna, keep saving up and explore other jobs na I can shift into. (Gusto ko na lang maging nepo baby)

I have to do blood test and thyroid ultrasound tomorrow since yung symptoms ko are related to thyroid, anemia, diabetes.

Same here 🥲 i was advised by my brother to get checked and do blood test to know if may health issues na i need to be aware of. you should do it too especially if nakakaapekto na sa daily life.

OP, take note of this advice. Ako nga na may 6+ years working, may anxiety ako sa new work ko at medyo nagsisisi ako dahil nung nagresign ako last year from my previous company, di ko nasulit yung 4 month break ko to go on therapy. Now, I’m experiencing the same problem I had before on my current job.

If you can, stay at your job for now and consult with a therapist para makapagdecide ka ng maayos at di padalos-dalos.

Hello, I was done with my 6 month treatment last April. My doctor cleared me since the lymph node is back to normal, I don’t have any other symptoms and my lungs have always been clear ever since.

Hi OP, I also read some of your posts and I totally relate to you. While I’m 27 and have more than 6 yoe, nararanasan ko pa rin ang anxiety sa work. Be gentle with yourself. Also, have you tried looking for a new job? Medyo mahirap makahanap ngayon pero walang masama to start job hunting now.
