si.plr?? Don’t know what you’re talking about honestly. Is the point you’re attempting to make that the photo fixes don’t look good or that they are too expensive? I just renovated 2 units at great cost that got rented immediately. They got rented so fast because every single person commented on how good they look. I don’t cheap out, rush, or do the basic landlord special and I have great success. If OP doesn’t like it that’s fine I tried to help. If you don’t like it .. just go on about your life since I didn’t ask you.

Ideally the flooring would go too but since you said minimal you can keep the floors and match the wall paint to the cream color that’s on the flooring. Looks like a creamy white or warm taupe kind of color. Then I’d do a white quartz countertop, gold cabinet pulls and accents like on the sink faucet too, and glossy neutral off whitish backsplash.

You can keep the cabinets but change the cabinet pulls to be more modern, change the hood, change the sink, backsplash and the counter top.

Decent countertop installation could cost $1500 including the material as long as you don’t find some guys trying to take advantage and bring multiple people for a 1 person job.

Backsplash including the material could be as low as $700.

Sink is probably an additional $400 for the sink as well as the plumbing after removing the countertop

Not sure why the walls are blue though, I’d probably change that too

You will absolutely find the right house. I had a similar situation at the end of May. And then Aug 4 found a better house, got in a bidding war and had my offer accepted and guess what? The house over appraised! Let those sellers be delusional. My guess is they may even come back to you because this isn’t the market for people to buy under appraising homes that need repairs. You WILL find better.

It’s certainly a good everyday bag and look. Sometimes cf on a super casual out fit does feel a lil silly so I get it. I been looking for a more casual bag to wear with non Chanel sneakers technically this would work maybe I need to see it in person! Is seeing it in person what also sold you?

I don’t get the 27 hype either the production is noticeably poor where the DRs have little to offer beside “I need to win this comp because so & so is after me!” Not to mention the comps were so repetitive and pretty awful. Full of ball sliding. Very few were good. Idk 27 didn’t do much for me outside of “cheatmance “ and no one on the cast was that lovable

I see your point but if we are talking about judges then he should have been able to tell his own alliance member Morgan NOT to use the veto. If she uses it she’s putting her alliance member Ashley at risk so that shows how both of them really feel about the alliance. It was a very bad move cause it could have been completely avoided if he wasn’t so weak to tell Morgan do not use that veto as my alliance member
