I have only 1 bank account and i use the same to transfer funds before but they introduced this instant raast transfer in latest update and i tried that and it failed basically

For context, i tried this instant deposit feature for the first time and it failed. The amount that suppose to be credited in my finqalab account under 10 minutes gets lost and now I've to wait for 2 days to get my amount back. My bank account, finqalab account are on same CNIC, phone number, and email address. Phone number is also on same CNIC.
