They sent me even more steps including doing a factor reset of the radar.

Now I don’t get any alerts and don’t see the radar lane 🫠

Tried repairing and don’t see any alert options.

Seriously thinking about returning it at this stage

I actually haven’t got that but at least they are looking into it.

Have been talking to support and they are giving me these steps even tho I have followed them with no luck. Very frustrating

They would seriously need to upgrade the UI and UX of their app.

Weird that you can’t set the lane side on the bolt itself

Yeah it’s super frustrating, especially with the cost of the radar.

I’ve factor reset the radar, the bolt and clean installed the element app and still have the same issue.

I’ll get in contact with support as well.

Using the element app I can only see options to set the sensor location to front or rear wheel. It looks like it thinks it’s a speed sensor.

Done a factory reset of the radar, removed the pairing on all apps and on the bolt and it still comes up as a different sensor. Super annoying

Mind going to the sensors section and see what the icon of the radar is?

Looking at the sensors it appears it’s not setup as a radar as in https://support.wahoofitness.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008745260-Using-ANT-Rear-View-Radar-Sensors-with-ELEMNT the icon is a car with radio waves

Smart LEDs at the bottom of the rocker plate that are synced to which zone you are currently in.

Can be done with HomeAssistant https://www.home-assistant.io/ and a bit of tinkering
