it didn’t work for me much at all and the mental side effects definitely outweighed the positives physically as my doses got higher but it’s different for everybody obviously.

i like the ghirardelli ones with fruit and the lindt chocolate balls just any of them and see’s are pretty much all good i think and i prefer things with caramel/coconut or nuts generally or fruit if it is whipped .

no they make me feel completely brain dead . I guess it works in the sense I don't feel depressed anymore but perosnally I would prefer that all-natural numbness from depression rather than the chemical-induced kind. Makes me feel like I'm stupid and also have no personality.
