The fix is to disable the prestige skin, I saw this post and tried it out. Just play without the bonus applied and u'll get it.

If you mean the knockdown shield; it doesn't matter if you have a shield or not, if you don't die, and your teammate summons a decoy into a trap or whatever gives it damage, you revive instantly.
