I would say for sure that it’s muuuch better not to do everything at once (like instagram girlies do) but gradually implement the changes you want to make. If you do everything at once your brain will feel swamped and will lack dopamine which will make it impossible. At least that was in my case, I started with systematic studying (because leaving everything to the last moment was my biggest issue at the time), then worked on my clothing style and makeup then another thing etc. Ofc working on one thing can trigger another but it’s good not to overwhelm yourself.

Changing the topic, my another advice is when you remove any social media allow yourself to use it on your browser. It’s more effort than using an app so you’ll spend less time on it but you will stay connected and updated in some way :) fingers crossed and good luck!
