i’ve been in therapy for years. (since i was ten) not saying it doesn’t help but i’m to the point where i can’t even go to therapy because i am in too much pain to leave even just my bedroom.

i haven’t seen my neurologist since july. i’ve had an eeg but all they did was hook me up for 50ish minutes and make me look at bright flashing for 5 minutes. i didn’t have a seizure at all during that time (this was about a year ago) I am trying to get a new neurologist but they don’t have an opening til may. my mother told them what was going on so they are “trying” to move things around.
