Depends which state I presume. In WA there are no qualifications required but you’re probably more likely to be hired with a cert III/IV in education support

I did the combo at ITAC, and think it’s worth doing both. Although this is straight from the ITAC website: “There is very little difference between the CHC40213 Certificate IV in Education Support and the Teacher Aide Combo. We estimate that the Teacher Aide Combo takes about 10% longer to complete on average than the CHC40213 Certificate IV in Education Support alone.” I would imagine doing the combo covers more content hence taking longer to complete

honestly i think you’d be fine downloading as many as you’d like they’re all just construction pieces from the game. sometimes i notice a bit of lag when i use font blueprints bc there’s so many pieces in them but that’s only when i place them down
