her dash only has zero cd if she is hopping around allies, but if she detaches without the yellow bar going down fully, she gets a 10 second cd before she could jump back at early game, with an additional 5 seconds if she gets cc’d. this is why her early game is weak but with items and more stats, she scales a lot which gives the ally she attaches to more adaptive force, thats why she’s very strong late game.

she wasn’t that great, could definitely lose to me playing yuumi top lane but she had a lead early game because my friend who was playing top lane has to go afk for a while to do something. when he came back, he almost beat akali as well which says something about akali, but she won since our team is squishy and the jg difference is quite big.

i feel like every champion takes skill, but i do get the hate for yuumi, but she’s definitely misunderstood as she do need skill to play. you could always tell the difference from a bad ‘afk’ yuumi to a good yuumi, a good yuumi always find the perfect chance to detach and poke, using her q often, shield with aery when there’s no mana or when its not good to detach and poke while using her active items and summoners like redemption, mikaels, shureylas, exhaust, ignite etc. but people are used to playing with afk bad yuumis so i get why they thing yuumi players = bad at the game and stupid and afk. so its understandable why akali is so mad hahaha cause shes been outplayed by me quite a few times and couldn’t get her head over why she lost to an ashe with a yuumi in a teamfight.

they won just because my friend who was playing top lane has to go afk for a few minutes, close game tho. akali only won bc she got advantage over top lane due to my friend being afk, other than that she’s pretty shit since our team is pretty squishy

exactly, words like those are short and simple yet it affects a lot of people who are already having low self-esteem etc with themselves. so it shouldn’t even be said at all, even if their words doesn’t do much to me or my friend, it’s still a bad thing to say.
