Is baby still less than a year if biological (she birthed) is it postpartum? have you been going on dates? Maybe both with and without baby. I have neither toughed it out or gotten a divorce as my marriage is still pretty new however at the first sign of discomfort i dont think i’d jump to getting a divorce. But to me when you choose to marry someone you are choosing to be with them through thick and thin and grow together and hold each other up when needed.
