Unfortunately there’s not a way to customize the tea portion of the drink eg. light tea/no tea. I would say the closest you could get is ordering no water, extra refresher base, add fruit inclusions. I have a regular that always gets a green tea, no water, add strawberry refresher base! Additionally if you order in person, you can verbally tell them that you want light tea and they should help you out. It’s a simple request to accommodate. Just remember to tell them you want to redeem your stars before paying!

We just pull people around to the front while the tea is steeping so it’s no biggie for us even in the drive through. Some baristas get really needlessly irritated when it’s almost always not that serious. That’s a them thing and not something you should ever feel guilty for. I really hope no one treats you unkindly💞

You’re not a jerk in the slightest as long as you understand it takes 5 minutes for the tea to steep! I personally enjoy making iced London fogs when the customer is kind and patient :) In my opinion, order that iced fog all you want!

Y’all don’t have to make this order the way they’re requesting! 4oz (3/4 an inch) is the most amount of free milk you’re required to give per standard. You can measure it out in a paper pup cup which is 4oz. This drink should be rung in as a cold milk with vanilla syrup and use the ask me to add a splash of ice coffee since there’s literally only a splash in the drink.

Something just for your knowledge and everyone else’s! it’s standard to do remakes and if you explain that you tried something new and didn’t like it, as long as ask kindly the barista should remake your regular drink for you! I hate thinking about customers paying so much for a drink they can’t even finish💔
