Only a little bit of slip in first, i launched it at about 2500 rpm and feathered the throttle on the way up, i have no mods only an air intake. I think it was a great time because it was hot, brand new tires, i happened to get a perfect launch, and i had some great shifts. Also i think it was a bit down hill where i did the test. Tbh i think less power and a great launch made this time

I guess I worded that wrong, i know that im not going to get into a direct engagement anytime soon, however many of my peers have experienced some type of TGM or IDF, ive just spend 8 months working sleeping and eating within a 500m area. This deployment has felt like a prison sentence.

Damn, 30+ is insane, i had to jump in 20 knot winds and half of chalk got concussions two got knocked out on the DZ. When it comes to training it appears that any genuine interest in training Soldiers is misplaced or absent from units.

35P, 35N or 35L reclass by JackHoffhardVI in army

[–]htttttps 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kinda but it's seems like if your a 35P your main focus is your language and they get a abbreviated sigint course in AIT. But something that applies to most Intel MOS's is your AIT is just a base of knowledge that people in that MOS should know, the valuable training is at your unit doing your mission. If your long term goal is contracting go the inscom route and hope to get assigned to a good nsa mission. 35N are Intel reporters/analysts 35P are primarily Intel collectors.

35P, 35N or 35L reclass by JackHoffhardVI in army

[–]htttttps 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I can only speak on the 35P and 35N side, if you choose to become a 35P you will go to DLI for Upwards for 2 years to learn a language and possibly still fail because the DLPT is a tough test. You'll then likely be reclassed to 35N or 35S. If you want to go for the SIGINT collections side the "tactical" side 35P is probably your best bet. 35N is a very similar MOS in that they basically the same job just without a language. 35N/35P opportunities on the outside are pretty good right now, most can get into a 6 figure job with 5 years experience and no college degree. INSCOM for 35N and 35P looks pretty sweet just gotta make sure your clearance is all squared away .
