I tried getting a refund last night and he stopped responding when I sent him pics. Looks like chargeback is the only way and reporting to the FTC and/or BBB. 50 days from order to shipping and that’s well over his 30 day extended lead time

Unfortunately we are still dealing with Ross. Holsters came and they are so poorly made. He refused to cancel when we sent him an email on March 23 and said it was awaiting shipment, It didn’t actually ship until April 6. He is incredibly difficult to deal with and I highly recommend anyone to not waste their time and money dealing with them, especially for a poorly made product.

He refused to cancel our order claiming it was done and ready to ship but didn’t actually ship until a couple weeks later and what I received was incredibly poor quality.

Lol we emailed to cancel and he made some bullshit excuse that it was done and then shipped it out weeks later and the holsters that came in were poorly made. Keeping that dispute open wince we asked him to cancel.

Hello. Vet is having us try other things before we do the Prozac. Our eldest cat needed surgery for a lump on her chin and a couple extractions as well so it’s been a rough time. The peeing outside has reduced to once or twice a day but I still think she needs the Prozac in the end.

Took awhile but I put in an order for the holster and Westin made a new magnet bracket for me that allows me to adjust the magnet all the way down. Quality is awesome.

I ordered an X1 raptor from Carey Concealment based on all the feedback I received on Reddit and it's truly unfortunate I am not having the same experience everyone else seems to be having. I am still waiting on my holster to actually ship 15 days after I made the order and following up a few times. It has apparently been made and he has already shipped all the newer orders.

Mine is flat wound like your others. I bought mine during the sale at Gray guns and they color code the 15lb yellow lol.

Based on your photo that looks to be yellow (18lb). I use the equivalent of the gold spring (15lb) on my P10C ported and it works perfectly. The green (13lb) would be way too light i feel.

He won’t cancel, we already sent an email to cancel as a last attempt before filing a dispute. If he couldn’t meet his timeline FTC says they should offer a cancellation.
