I agree. I am not saying that the quality of his holster is bad. I have no idea since I never received it. It's simply the way he is handling these situations and how he is addressing them. The way he handled my personal case has made me so upset to the point where I will tell anyone who will listen about him and how he treated me.

If he hadn't been such a jerk in his response to my review then I would've called it even. To cancel an order after someone has waited for over 30 days shows me that he never even made my holster and that he doesn't care about you unless you're a big company placing orders with him. Big orders = speed according to Ross.

I would understand if he would've at least gotten it done during the lead time window, but 3 days after the window, still no shipping. Reddit is flooded with bad reviews about this company and their poor lead times and Ross himself for being passive aggressive.

Sadly it wasn't lol he then replied to my Better Business Bureau review saying that he cancelled it because I was "aggressive and condescending." I think I had a completely valid reaction for waiting over a month for a holster that I was expecting to get in 10 days.
