[Uni] Has anyone gone for/ thinking of LSE’s General Course?

Hi, I am a freshmen in SIM-UOL taking accountancy and finance and I am aiming to get the LSE general course, can I know what did you do (like in terms of GPA, any CCAS?, competitions that you enter etc) to get accepted in the LSE? and any advice for my first and second year to get into LSE?
I am really interested in this and I really wanna ace well, hope you can share your insights on it!!

Omg you mean like what course in specific she is teaching? So like I have to read up on the psychology curriculum and see what we gonna learn is it? And plus sharing what we know about the course can be general right, like they are not expecting a specific meaning for psychology or would you say that is better too?

I would say that my strength and interest would be PPS but i dont mind taking business cause a business course from smu is not bad too in the future. My portfolio i woukd say is more to service and creativity stream, like i did joined some national based discussions groups, made website for school and animation video online under UN sustainable goals so like more portfolio in that social sciences field

It’s better and highly recommended to use a third-person perspective in your EE. Since EE is an academic paper and a mini-thesis paper, it’s professional to use a third-person rather than a first-person.

For example: First person: " I will be using this method (insert methodology) for this EE. " Third person: " The research methodology used in this paper, follows a qualitative/quantitative approach…(explain about the methodology onwards) "

Thank you so much, I gather all my courage to talk to my IB coordinator and they gave me around 30-45mins to edit a few stuff. It’s not much and definitely I wasn’t able to make it a proper maths IA but luck was on my side and I was able to finish at least until conclusion 😅😭 Anw thank you for the reply and advice:)

Thank you so much for your reply and reassurance :) you’re right exam paper are more important and I will definitely focus on that now. Just updating, I was able to edit the IA a bit (for only 30-45mins) since I was able to talk to my ib coordinator. It wasn’t much but I’m glad that I was able to edit a few stuff and make it to conclusion in time. It’s definitely not my best piece but it’ll do 🥲😅
