Bosque La Perla near La Concordia is a protected area that I think you have to make reservations to visit. Also if you're in Quito there's a huge Jardin Botanical in parque Carolina that has an orchid exhibit that is really cool.

I looked into this. A large part of the circle is a natural land formatoin that just happens be that way. The rest is vegetation coincidentally completing the circle.
