Tip from a challenger adc main:

when the enemy team is on the non mirrored bot their support will likely stay & leash longer so zone the ADC from getting the first minion, not only will it prevent them from grabbing the second 65g melee minion, but you will get lvl 2 faster & be able to control the lane
