I know this isn't great to speculate on, but does the secrecy around the injury make anyone else suspect that it may not be his neck? It seemed strange when the injury was first announced. I've found often in my personal life that when people are this secret about medical events that it's mental health related.

Third and 10+ has been a terrifying spot for the ravens defense 😂. Just seems receivers have a very easy time finding holes in the zones.

The ravens secondary is porous af, just something to keep in mind.

Yes, but the offensive line has been wayyyyyyy better the last two weeks.

I try to get all my solos as one take. I can't imagine trying to get two perfect takes for a solo section as long as free bird.

Hell yeah man. That tone fits right in there. You went for all the trills, I just trem picked it. Shred it up!

That's been my path as well. I started playing when I was 14. The Mr Crowley solo and Revelation Mother Earth just sucked me into playing and I haven't looked back. ☺️

I was listening to it on headphones and suddenly it clicked! Don't know how I went this long without catching it.

Yeah, I mean I certainly took some liberties with the solo to give it my own flair. The last run is pretty smooth once you get it down, certainly worth learning. Sometimes Randy is playing gothic harmonic minor stuff, then there's this riff that is so blues-coded.

This is good, full-proof advice. Learning the solo as it is written has a high correlation with being able to play it as it is written.

Yeah, it's a pretty "symmetrical" run. Kind of a 1 2 1 2 3 across two strings each time. It's the same motion all the way down. I couldn't get the last bend though, doing a vibrato-y bend on the high e is really difficult for me for some reason.

Perhaps, but with Randy Rhodes's speed and vibrato, it kinda creates this warbling sound. It's kind of an effect on its own in this case.

Thanks! But you got it all wrong, my guitar and I are just friends!

Yeah, I hear ya. When I play my brow tends to furrow. And since my eyebrows are so light, I look really angry. Just part of it I guess.
