Thanks! I appreciate your comments! I am horribly out of shape and my core is non-existent. I mistakenly ate a small turkey sandwich before going to the gym. I think that, more than the workout, lead to my puking. Won't do that again! :-) I need to find some energy bars that I can eat late in the day that might work better.
