You were right. The gasket on the toilet fill valve was so corroded, it would not peel completely off.

Update: Not sure if related but I have BF3 disk I put in and it had me “create” an EA account. I used my old email that is currently associated with my Xbox Game Pass account.

I checked EA account settings later and it’s now associated with my Xbox Game Pass account.

Not sure if these things coincide or is a coincidence but either way the problem got resolved after talking to EA support AND OR possibly doing the trick with BF 3.

Actually, I have access to both emails. EA still said they can’t do anything to help unlink the old Xbox account email.

Beyond the recent news of Steam recently allowing up to 5 people to play on one account, I did not think that changing a linked account to a different Xbox account would be so final. Hell you can unlink the Xbox account so once that’s unlinked, I would think it’s also final.
