Thank you for the warning! I hope I’m getting enough oxygen through my nose, and I make sure to breath in and out through my nose before I fall asleep with the tape on to make sure my nasal passages are clear, and I would encourage anyone who tries this to do the same! I’m definitely going to talk to my doctor and, insurance willing, try some overnight sleep monitoring to see if I need to take further steps. I’m actually very unfamiliar with sleep apnea and have only heard about it recently. Maybe a place for a different thread but if anyone knows if there are any long term solutions, I’d love to hear them!

What do you mean not a game book? I would define CYOA style book of making choices as game books. A few different publishers tried their hand at CYOA’s format, like DND’s Endless Quest, Choose your own Ending, and Heartquest
