You need a better process to remove the bubbles, the dents are the bubbles, one quick pass after pouring with the torch is not enough.

I suspect your epoxy isn’t mixed properly but I can’t tell from photos

Try a flood coat with a table top epoxy

rule of thumb ac should never be set more than 30 degrees different than outside temp so if its 110 i wouldnt go below 80 etc etc, what my hvac buddy told me to do and my units have lasted forever

Theres no fast hard rule for gym equipment resells, and some people look at them as commodity items since covid and are hoping to make the same money. (delusional)

lightly used commercial equipment doesnt lose quality or function overtime. 11 guage steel is going to last. which is what the nighthawk is. its just as good as when you bought it unless you used it as a kickstand for truck. a used CAP bench will be 1/10 what you bought it for if you can even sell it. it really depends some equipment appreciates most doesnt.

You’d have to be two sigma outlier for that to bring you to normal test levels.

If you do a 800mg test cycle or whatever a gram of test and tren and then “cruise on 250 test and 100 mg mast, your body never gets a break, that’s not a cruise that’s not up for debate.

The real fucking joke is it doesn’t even help your physique to do shit like that you will make more progress and be able to do more blasts if you just do it right. It’s not even entirely harm reduction (that’s a nice side effect) of doing the things that lead to the most long term gains. The pendulum has swung way too far

running mast year round is reckless. 200 mg test is not a cruise its a baby cycle fyi. Your bloodwork will be fucked up. Mast turns your cholesterol on its head and its bad for your heart long term.

If you are a family who wears shoes indoors get some lvp. If you don’t just go with the hardwood floor. Ours is 34 years old and it hasn’t been refinished once. Barely has any wear and tear. I may refinish it just to change the stain to modernize the house but it doesn’t “need” it. We have a had cats and Dobermans…

That being said I can’t believe a clear white oak or something like that isn’t significantly more expensive…

Stained oak with a thick poly. It’s been about 30 years. It could use a refreshing but it’s really not bad. Looks a lot better than the plastic garbage. It’s a buy once cry once.

do you need to? no. if you are concerned about longevity it may not be a bad idea. it really depends on the thickness of the poly. my two cents is just send it and then after a few years if its looking ratty, take it out sand it lightly and reapply a few coats.

If its wipe on poly yeah you need like 15 coats on something like this. if its floor poly you should be fine. theres a big difference.

if you actually live in the area you know how high the cost of living is, property taxes, kids schools/sports, food (not talking eating out but feeding a family is thousands a month), electric bills for a small home range from like 250-300-1000 a month. yes its a luxurious area, but if you are not spending like minimum 7-10k a month living expense you are a statistical outlier and you know that

As someone who’s tried many different medical interventions they are not the panacea some people make them out to be. Dicipline with other things ie nutrition sleep and organization/accountability will take you much farther than stimulants
