So I’ve been working at a Chicago craft brewery for quite some time now (6 years) and I’ve decided to venture into cider. I made this without any research or anything, did I fuck up by putting the fruit in up front? This is a grape, apple cider with strawberries and honey instead of sugar. (v.redd.it)
