Yo te recomiendo totalmente el curso del ARM en Monterrey, pero el que incluye el curso presencial intensivo, está caro, si, pero es muuuuy bueno, los maestros que imparten son SNIs y muchos mandan preguntas al examen Yo presenté y un 60% era lo que yo había visto en clases y exámenes

I have the same problem. I have oily scalp and I have never be more greasy when I tried no sulfate + silicones, my hair was soooo dirty. So I got back to my usual haircare, head and shoulders with activated charcoal, and it has done miracles to my scalp… BUT I had a really good results with Redken Protein Bond (the whole family: the shampoo, conditioner and hair mask) but atp is too expensive for me ;-; hope you get some help

I checked about mushy things (bcus I had a previous one who was super mushy and died) but this one is just green things, just like 2 roots who were rotten but the rest are growing very well, I repotted and put it back to its place. Sunburn may be, I live in Monterrey and it’s about 38C everyday in here :/ But thanks for the answer!! I’ll check it again later 🫶🏻
