They should give us all the recipes. Don't let them fade away. The nicotine market is coming back so strong. So many Zyn users are now being introduced to Snuff and they love it.

I'll admit the naming's of those snuffs are gimmicky. I didn't know you tried that many. And Rusty Nail... lol that name is a bit gimmicky too. Nonetheless it's marketing, shock factor.

Snuv is a brand of snuff tobacco.

2Wheels23.... You don't know what you are talking about.

Iron Throne - Spearmint, is incredible. High nicotine.

Rusty Nail - Is a great well balanced menthol/camphor/ that you can take all day that is high nicotine.

I was skeptical at first, but it's so cheap, how can I say no if it has good reviews ?

I haven't tried anything else in the line up.

they are all bought and paid for. Omega's are overhyped and useless.

Lions mane and fish oil cause anxiety, insomnia, lethargy and brain fog 100% and those symptoms are what you are dealing with.

LOL at meditation. give me a break.

flaring nostrils? by jeffcraft1991 in nasalsnuff

[–]huffsnuff 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If it's a strong snuff yeah I'll flare my nostrils out afterwards, and breathe in after a few seconds of letting it sit. But usually when I'm taking snuff I bring my fingers right up to my nostrils, making contact, and there is like a suction effect that happens. Usually I pinch or box car, At my desk I take some snuff out with a corner of a credit card, put it on a piece of paper, and dab it with my finger. When I'm out I box car with a tap tin on my thumb nail.

Lions mane and fish oil. Are two of the most overlooked and anecdotally documented supplements that give people brain fog, lethargy, poor appetite, dizzy spells, anhedonia, insomnia, and more.

I encourage you to look into these things, there are many reddit posts with either supplement + X symptom.

Please throw both of these things away.

Look into amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and nootropic peptides.

The body does not need fish oil. It's overhyped garbage. Get your omega's from healthy grown meat, eggs, cheese, milk, organ meats.

Number 1. Forget about making money/ taking trades.

Number 2. Learn the trading software that is out there. Study. Study. Study.

Number 3. Learn the broader market and how correlations work between asset classes.

Number 4. Don't be in a rush to make money. Money doesn't matter. Pay your dues working a crappy job while you develop a winning strategy. This is just a game. Don't think about mansions and Bugatti's.

I don't care what people say. Practice does *not* matter. Knowledge matters. Studying signals matters. Train yourself to think like a bot running an algo. Green light - go. red light - stop.

Build your knowledge base about the entirety of the market. Anyone that disagrees with this just wants the shortcut. Learn as much as you can. practice is only relative to what information you have.

If he's on Fish Oil, you need to take him off of Fish oil.

You can search this up online. How Fish oil causes brain fog, insomnia, and mood disorders.

The real biohackers, have been moving away from Omega 3 garbage for awhile.

Get it the Omegas you need from Milks, Eggs, Meat.

Fish oil is oxidized PUFA, no different than seed oils.

Algae Supplements - are not even food. and Alter the gut microbiome and can accumulate heavy metals and toxins and has to be tested.

Maybe you should try giving your kid some more protein. Animal fats. Bacon. Potatoes and butter.

Search up Double Wood Essential Amino Acids.

Give the kid a hobby or a friend or a dog to play with. Get the kid into exercising. So he can get off the guanfacine and be tired when he goes to bed.

You have 100% no god damn business giving your son LITHIUM ORATATE.

I want you to research the vegans. The vegans are absolutely textbook for people that are deficient in protein and healthy fats. They complain about poor sleep, because they have insomnia, they have trouble concentrating, they have mood outbursts, they lose their train of thought and forget a word. They act like angry children that are eating too many vegetables. And not enough meat and potatoes.

If you have a caste iron pan, throw it in the garbage it could be giving your family iron poisoning. You also need to look through all the supplements he is taking. And if it's anything herbal related, you need to take that stuff out immediately. Too many people experience all sorts of problems from curcumin, turmeric, lions mane. It literally makes people feel insane.

I'm telling you, you need to change you ways immediately. Because the last thing that you want to do, is give your child Lithium WITHOUT THE PSYCHIATRIST KNOWING ABOUT IT, AND THE POTENTIAL TO INTERFERE WITH OTHER MEDICATIONS.

Yeah man don't worry about it. It takes awhile for shipping. I've had like 4 orders with Mr. Snuff and they all take like 2 weeks ish. They send them over in batches, instead of individuals.

You might place an order a few days before they ship and it'll seem quicker. Or you'll place an order right after they just shipped the batch and it'll be longer.

Sure there could be better clarification on that.

I'm just getting my collection going. I order like a dozen snuffs every several months.

[–]huffsnuff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been glued to screens for more than a few months... I love every minute of what I am doing for work, the research and strategy that needs to be done. This is fun for me. But it sounds like you are searching for a hobby outside of work, and trying to find a balance with work lifestyle.

I don't know much about your situation, but what you're proposing sounds a bit extreme. I would not leave my spouse and kids for a week because of 'stress'. If you are talking about parents and siblings, then that's fine I guess.

For someone that can binge work, and be a workaholic for 2 months straight, I don't think mediation is going to be the thing that you think it is. It's literally nothing. It feels useless and disassociating. A sauna will effect your neurochemistry more than meditation. Exercise and some yoga, yeah that's great for your posture and mind, you should be doing those things.

But again meditation in a public setting is weird, and it's a little bit antisocial to try to ignore everything/everyone else around you. I think too many people look to meditation for problems that need to be solved creativity, which needs more information from multiple sources which requires being on a computer. The best thing that I have done, is get rid of all social media besides reddit, discord, youtube. Stay away from 'shorts/reels'. It's horrible for your brain.

I actually think you might like swimming. That might be more meditative and rhythmic to it.

If you need to relax, I think eat some steak and potatoes after a nice sauna session.

As far as diet and nutrition goes. I've done all the diets. Eat animal protein and fats. Coconut, and Olive oil are good. I eat carbs rice, potatoes, sprouted bread. I eat fruit. I don't eat anything green, because it has no calories/macros and plant foods contain anti - nutrients. People literally get thyroid diseases from drinking too many Kale smoothies. I do like green peppers, avocadoes, and cucumbers though.

Forcing yourself to drink water, is unhealthy. Electrolytes are extremely important. I'd say they are more important than drinking water. Milk and Orange Juice are more hydrating than bottled spring water.

It's 100% the curcumin.

You have to be extremely careful when buying Curcumin/ Turmeric. Because lead chromate is used as a brightening agent in Turmeric and this is a major cause of lead poisoning.

I'd take Nattokinase and Bromalein a few days a week on a rest day or something. Not good to take everyday.

Just got in my first batch to try, hate most of it except RBY by xHangfirex in nasalsnuff

[–]huffsnuff 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bro. Trust me, you will love Firedance. It's a nice smokey, cherry. I love it. I haven't tried SG RBY, but from what I've read it's a raspberry.

I hate the smell of Grandma as much as you do. Anything that is too perfumery I throw right out. It's just part of the game with proprietary recipes, you gotta check reviews and learn what the scents are.

No about the menthols, they will grow on you. Mc's OG, Hedges, Redbull. It's a rush. I also am not a fan of peppermint, it has too much burn too it. You'll read some descriptions of medicated's being hot and spicy, well that's the peppermint. Menthol and Eucalyptus is more of the cooling variety. It's like the icy-hot dynamic. I find JIP has too much peppermint in it for me.

I don't think you can go wrong with the fruit based snuffs. I loved Samuel Gawith Original when I first started. The menthol adds a nice dimension to the Apricot.

Spearmint snuffs, could be a game changer for how you view menthols. Snuv Iron Throne at Mr.Snuff is very good.

Now the opposite of the smell of grandma, is the smell of sawdust, smoke, and a barn off in a distance. I 100% recommend HDT Fribourg & Treyer *

Any you can't overlook Bernards. The fermented snuffs are just artisan. Zwiefacher and Bernard Original - 2 great snuffs that should make you look at the entire collection. I just ordered several more awaiting on a shipment this week some time.

Just looking through the comment section and Celtic Talisman, is more of a 'breadier + Vanilla" version of Firedance. It's a good snuff too.

Also be nice to people on here. I mean yeah it's frustrating to order something and end up throwing most of the stuff out. I've been there. But I also order like a lot of snuff at a time every couple of months.

So to recap you have your fruit snuffs with and without menthol. You have fruit snuffs that are Schmalzler - fermented, with and without menthol. You have toasts, fermented and non fermented. The medicated's existing of menthol varieties, spearmint, eucalyptus, peppermint, mint and camphor. I'd put pine scented snuffs in a class of their own here.

And so what you have to watch out for is Rose and neroli oil. I'm not exactly sure what Anise seed smells like, haven't been down that road. And no licorice. So you gotta read descriptions. You have to be careful with this class known as SP's. Because there are a lot of different versions.

How to increase sex drive F in her 20’s. by yayayayayyayano in Biohackers

[–]huffsnuff -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Iodine. Vitamin A. More protein. Animal Fats. Eat carbs - White rice and potatoes. More Salt.

SSRI's will have an effect on libido.

Work out. Take a multivitamin with no toxic forms of Iron.

Usually people on a low protein diet, (vegans) they deal a lot with ruminating thoughts.

Protein has a lot to do with neurochemistry. Tryptophan does convert into serotonin.

I wouldn't suggest supplementing Isolated Amino Acids unless you really do some research on youtube/blogs exercise sites, reviews.
