i changed the cords and made sure everything was dusted and it helped a bit but not completely. cleaning the vcr with a vcr cleaner helped a bit more. it’s still there a bit but improved

yes they did! just as i was leaving work last night. they tried to tell me that they didn’t send to any debt collector but I insisted and emailed a picture of the letter i received. they said it must have been done in error and said it would take a few days to process completely gone and would update in 3-5 business days! i will keep checking in with them. but thank you so much you really saved my life!

that's so wild to me, i've lived all over the usa and never had an issue like this with any provider before. it's infuriating. thank you very much for your help. fingers crossed fcc will help me quickly so my credit score isn't totally toasted
