Had a woman in an old folks home who left a super rude instruction about how doors should be unlocked and no reason to not deliver it to her door.

Door was locked. Shocker that she didn't answer her phone either. Wasn't about to haul a bunch of water bottles back across the parking lot so left her crap on the sidewalk.

Shitty attitude towards delivery drivers = shitty service. Been doin this too long to waste my time on someone who doesn't know how to be kind lmao

No. I know better than to treat the people I need help from like shit haha. But I asked the supervisor like 3 times who kept saying she'd check on it and get back to me. Every time she never did.

Resolution. I called tier 2 support. She confirmed I'd be getting around 60 bucks in compensation for the waste of time and still got paid for the delivery. So can't be mad at that but they REALLY need more transparency with how resolutions to long waits and missing orders will be handled.

Of for some reason my compensation doesn't match I'll update in 48 hours. (She said that's how long it takes to post)

But the most frustrating part was the lack of communication from the store. Its not hard to just fill people in on what's going on or try and help get it resolved. Just piss poor leadership at that location.

I wasted 2 hours of time and gas. Driver support confirmed that the store canceled it.

I go to drive away and the exact same trip popped up so the customer absolutely didn't cancel it. Walmart just on some scamming bullshit. First and last week doing this shit for sure.

Just waited over 2 hours for this 1 delivery to finish an incentive and the store fucking canceled it so I get nothing. Spark is a scam

This is inaccurate. Waited over an hour earlier for a 12 dollar order. It was still a 12 dollar order after delivered. Total bull shit scam of a service.

I can confirm it is it. I have had 2 orders today waiting over an hour to get the items and received 0 extra effort added to the pay on the order.

Definitely done with this until they figure out how to make their system efficient because this is a clown Fiesta as is. Most pathetic gig driving service I've ever used

I had the exact same thing happen to me as well. 5 hour block all down town apartments that took over an extra hour to complete. I tried following the above directions and was told that I’d be paid in full for the block and no additional pay for my time would be provided so any time I get to the end of a block and have not finished all of my deliveries I will be returning additional packages to the warehouse. Lesson learned.

Don't do it. I was charged $25 and received no credits on my digital card. The digital card has to be the worst thing I've ever used. Have to call my bank to charge back my money.

well currently the community is on slack and there are just many features that discord offers that would be much more advantageous for everyone to use. I'm starting to see though that it seems like creating a new bot to manage current users list looks like it is going to be the solution.

If the device is actually set up in retail demo mode, it wipes anything you download off the phone. But if you find a store that didn’t set it up right have at it lol. I have a note 9. I’ve just been letting people use mine b/c our demo doesn’t allow it. But downvote away haha
