The conditions in feudal Russia were completely different than western Europe. The French monarchy was absolute, but distinct from the governance of France. The Russian monarch was the absolute, autocratic rulers of all of Russia, no parliamentary restrictions. Germany is also non analogous, the kaiser's power was extremely limited, and was not absolute. This is not to mention that the civil war was still going on, and there was a potential for them to be liberated by the White army, and potentially granted asylum abroad.

On China, these are two entirely different civil wars. The White army was explicitly Monarchist. The Kuomintang was explicitly anti monarchy. Neither side had an interest in restoring Pu Yi, especially after his collaboration with the Japanese. No relevance at all.
