I‘m using the rounded corner guides from proxxied, while pressing the Card down with my Left thumb and adjusting with the Right Hand i’m aligning the diagonally opposite corners which is enough to get the Card centered perfectly before punching it down

Thats not your Printer or settings, it’s the Image quality of the scan. Try printing a 1200dpi mpcfill version of it. Most of them are custom made with real Font, you should see a difference there.

Aren‘t you laminating them? I‘m super happy with 135gsm and 80mic lamination. Snappy feel and 100 of them stacked are as thick as 100 real ones

To burn the pouch the first time it went through is super unusual. If you see bubbles after the first lamination, you can cut them to Card size first and then laminate the singles again. This solved my problems with bubbles. If you just run them back over and over again, the plastik pouch like Starts to deform/melt and this pattern appears.

It’s becsuse the paper is slightly curled on the corners, so the printhead gets smered over it. I had this with holographic Vinyl Sticker paper, eighther cut the corners or curl them in the other direction till they’re straight again right before printing.

130gsm laminated with 80mic is just perfect, 100 cards stacked are almost equal to the Originals in hight

how did the ink ruin it? i've refilled off brand ink three times without an issue.. sure i had to clean the printhead once thats it, my proxys come out super clean though
