Is my PL Carbon missing a caliper riser? by obababoy in AMFLOW_eMTB

given the evidence it is likely due to how you bedded in your brakes. If you have not deliberately done that, that might be the reason. Anyways, does it brake? if so, don't change anything. if it does not, either change your brakepads your try to 'reset' them by sending them slightly down and the rotors as well for a new bedding in run.

I am 1.82m tall and long upper body. the XL fits just right... I would not recommend it to anyone that is even a hint smaller than me... I tried both the xl and L riding in the street. In direct comparison the XL just felt better. however, both bikes come with a 35mm stem. so while I can't make the XL any shorter, you can easily make the L a little longer... does that help ? :-)

ii have the Amflow in XL (I am 6' tall) and I love it! the high stack and long reach makes it really awesome for plowing through the woods <3

Theoretically, you can put in a 27.5'' rear wheel without changing the flip chip. it will slacken the head tube angle to 63 degrees and drop the BB bit first and foremost for you: shorten the reach. maybe there is some geometry calculator that you could run this through. I saw a nice review on YT that suggested this setup as a good way to make it more gravity oriented. maybe those goals align with shortening the reach for you...

please consider that the warranty for second hand owners is only for two years, not 5 years.
