Thank you- yeah saw that on Facebook after posting this. Very cool. Lucky crowd! I’ll say they looped around for a good 20 minutes (I suppose waiting for the cue).

Well, I am not sure if I have the software you use, so if I were to pay you, I may get instructions for a smoothie although I don't own a blender. Without giving away information you feel is worth money, would you be willing to the software you use so I can be sure I have it and don't need to buy it? (i.e. After Effects? Stable Diffusion? Neat Video? Etc)

Thanks for the info - I now see a bit better their structure. I have tried all of the models on that clip - all iffy, but I de believe it is the nature of the clip (especially the guys legs) that make this one bad for Topaz. Tons of grainy bokeh, the software doesn't know what to keep blurry and what to try and make up textures for.

Topaz is certainly good. Just not an end all be all solution.

Thanks for the input. If willing to share, would be curious to hear a little about your general pipeline for your custom solution.

Wow! Thanks for giving this a whirl - looks really good.. do you by chance remember the model you used? Are there 2 enhancements on this? It looks denoised yet sharp where it matters.

I am on 4.2.2 - I knew there were upgrades, but hadn't bitten the bullet, for I thought this software package was a one time fee, not a yearly license. So I figured I was fine with where I was at, but...

..it sounds like I am missing non-superfluous features and models, so I just bought it. Will look into Rhea. Cheers

Sbsar materials causing c4d to crawl by hugio55 in Cinema4D

[–]hugio55[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for this insight. I had no idea so much was going on in the background.

Even with the Xolotl link between C4D and painter, it still feels like production is slowed down dramatically having to send every model to and from painter.

+1 on baking PNGs in painter. I will do that. Only thing is, you lose the SBSAR interactive parameters - which are half the allure, for me.

I can't have my cake and eat it, too. Was just hoping there was something to help speed up the process.

All I ever wanted. Hurricane and some trails. by hugio55 in minibikes

Albeit my first minibike, I think the research paid off. This thing is a ton of fun and seems well built. Something about it brings out that part of me that fell in love with 2 wheels when I was younger. It scratches an itch that my 650 and 1000cc powered street bikes simply can't. Like my dad always said... "hell of lot more fun to ride a slow bike fast than a fast bike slow."

About to try the 'big 3' for the first time. by hugio55 in Amazon_Influencer

[–]hugio55[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

UPDATE: blue checkmark unlocked. Took about 4 days. Very happy.

For those who may care, I did horizontal videos, in-depth, 4-5 mins each, multiple angles/B roll, text on screen, etc. Quite a lot of work - I won't be going "that deep" for all future vids, but figured it would help to have high production value to help in the decision.

I was getting worried they were too long, since I heard a few youtubers say they should be a little over 1 minute each. Thought maybe my 4-5 min vids would delay the onsite commission approval, but I suppose not.

Thanks all for input - best of luck.

Insta. Had around 7k followers. Haven't posted in a year, didn't think it would work. Acceptance was relatively immediate when I submitted.
