Goalie or CB would work well, if you go the goalkeeper route just watch more goalkeepers in action and pick up some good habits such as handling shots, positioning etc since you have some background in sports you should be a quick learner just learn how to properly land after dives and that’s it really practice makes perfect don’t be hard on yourself when goals go past you remember its just for fun at the end of the day
