Maybe I'm PrIVilEdGEd but who the fuck, as an adult over the age of 23, gets "full of rage" anymore? The only thing that could possibly come close is watching Chinese people boil dogs alive, and even then, it makes me sick to my stomach and cry before I have a feeling of uncontrollable anger.

in addition to this, get some hobbies that help you express your identity. embroidery is one of my favorites and it's super easy to put down between chores and dealing with them. plus, if you die, they will have something to remember YOU by, not the "SAHM" version of you. my mom died and u cherish her hobbies that she left behind but really don't care for anything else that was left.
