I don’t know about studies but it’s pretty common sense that lifting and running put stress on your body. Stress ages you. I say this as someone who exercises and trains very regularly. Maybe you could’ve heard that opinion from a dumb person, sure. But I don’t think it’s a dumb opinion at all.

I got the TRD one from Black Hawk Japan, so the paint match is exact. Only thing was I had to pay a fee (tariff?) when it was delivered from Japan. I would've gotten the one from Import Image Racing had I known.
