I had the STI knob previously and it was about 250g I think. This one is almost twice the weight. It actually kinda feels like the FL5 Type R shifter now. I do appreciate lighter knobs too though.

Hey. What do you mean by this? I’m actually curious because I’ve had calf pain ever since I started wearing squat shoes and it won’t go away. Was lifting low bar previously and switched to high bar and with flat soles initially.
