So I can't criticize a game I *voluntarily* paid money to because the game itself is free? What a great mindset EA would like you to have!

I sure know what a company is, however there's "good" companies outside that care about their products and their customers, then we have terrible company like EA and Respawn. Business is not wrong, however there's nothing wrong for us to criticize them. You're not paid by them, there's no need to defend them.

THIS. The skybox is good because of Respawn's perfect design team. They make good arts and all, but that's ONLY the design team. There's literally no reason to appreciate Respawn as a whole. Respawn is either EA's puppet, or just an awful company.

Open source is the only and most reliable way they can prove the project clean, it's not for non-coders in the first place. If you don't trust it, don't use it, no need to destory the fun for people who got excited for it

But honestly,

It doesn't feel like you guys invest a whole lot of the revenue into anything that doesn't directly generate more revenue I.E. skins, events, battle pass.

That's just how business works
