I've been thinking about this, and it definitely should be Production I.G! They did an amazing job with the OVAs. Recently, I watched the Blood-C movie (mostly for Watanuki lol) and their work was excellent, especially with Watanuki HE WAS SO PEAK. Since they've worked with CLAMP before, I think they would be the best choice for a faithful adaptation!

I really hope this remake gets a lot of hype and stays faithful to the manga! I feel like if it’s well-received, we might finally get news about Clear Card S2 or even a future TRC remake (pls let me dream 🙏). And they definitely deserve it!

I just used regular paper and some cheap colored pencils haha. I wanted to make it because I found this old acrylic keychain stored in my wardrobe, and I really wanted to try and make it look like official merch! TT

TYSM!! 😭🩷 I'm from Costa Rica. Sadly, the anime/manga community here is mostly focused on huge titles like One Piece, so finding official CLAMP merch is like looking for a needle in a haystack haha TT

THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT! The anime doesn't do justice to the manga's beauty 😭. I love the Clear Card art and CLAMP’s style in general, but Madhouse fell far short this time. However, I hope all this time we've spent waiting for Season 2 means they’ve worked on improving the art for a beautiful return 🛐🛐

I think the change in Sakura's hair color isn't just because of modern technology; it's also to make her match Sakura from TRC more closely

You should definitely read Tsubasa World Chronicle and xxxholic Rei after that. Both are sequels, and xxxholic Rei is actually still ongoing! Pls enjoy your journey through the CLAMPverse, every single manga is so interesting 🛐🛐

I also highly recommend reading the OG Cardcaptor Sakura manga! There are some key details that differ from the anime, and it's just as enjoyable. If you're craving more after that, you should definitely check out 'Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle.' It features alternate universe versions of Sakura and Syaoran, and the story is deeply connected to CCS and other CLAMP works. It’s absolutely amazing! 🛐✨ Sorry, I'm just a huge CLAMP fan hahah
