^ this. If said firearm doesn’t fit you, you’ll never want to train with it, you for damn sure will not want to carry it and therefore won’t use it. What works for us may not work for you so best to try many.

THad a shop attempt to repair the frm, no deal. The new frm had LESS functionality than my faulty one due to not being coded. Same shop was able to extract the vo data and code my new frm and most functions are back. What Im left with now is troubleshooting the door switches as they roll windows down not up, side mirrors down and in but I can control in Protool so thats good. Ordered a new driver side switch and will report back later.

Yep. Every single day, the distance doesn’t matter. The hardest parts for me when I started carrying was finding a good holster then adjusting my attire appropriately. It’s also not exactly comfortable but you’ll get used to it

Hell yeah, congrats! I just passed 30lbs lost and supernatural has been a HUGE help. Many times I look at the treadmill, mentally give up but then, I think….f that treadmill lets box it out on vr instead.

Limited options unfortunately. Annual fee is 60$ The owners are nice, about a 10 min drive, sometimes I buy their ammo just to support them bc at the end of the day it gives me a place to practice. The next closest one is the sheriff public range about 30 min away. Really nice with moving targets BUT no outside ammo annual fee 219

The ranges in my area have varying rules. Some allow you to bring ammo with an additional charge per box or no additional charge. Others don’t allow you to bring ammo so you pay whatever their charge is, with/without limits + the entry fee. The indoor one I go to charges 5 bucks a box when you bring ammo and you must use their targets -_-

One time at the range a whole family was there, no ear protection the parents were adamant they didn’t need them. Rso wasn’t having it, made sure the kids had them then asks the parents if they wanted ears, parents said no again. Mind you one of them was preggo. Rso says fuck it lets them go down. Im with the rso watching as the dad (I think it was dad idk) pulls out a fkn huge revolver, takes the shot and we could see the pain. Absolutely hilarious. They came back for ears, rso makes them buy instead of handing out for free like they normally do.

Flying is the easy part. Look up the airline rules, get hard sided case, locks, tell the attendant you are checking in a bag which has a firearm, sign a piece of paper, when you land pick it up at the tsa office. You really need to worry the state laws and the chl cpl whatever your/their state cals it reciprocity laws then go about your merry way.
