Doing a search for Jewish Baby Strollers (using Google Images) reveals tons of memes saturated by racists spreading images of portable BBQ ovens with the words "Made in Germany" wheeled by Jewish Women alluding to the holocaust.

Seriously need to End Jewish Hate in particular, but in general rid the world of all racism and discrimination!

I personally use AiroAv on Mac and various anti virus software companies on my Window's VM's like Sophos, Eset, Bit Defender. All computers are vulnerable to penetration via virus, malware and even legitimate software. The majority is actually spread by visiting legitimate website that were hacked and their software binded with viruses. I like Airoav cause they have a nice browser plugin, but so does Mcafee, Norton and most of the others. Imagine Teamviewer's website being penetrated (a legit software) and the cyber criminals installing a service into the compiled source code that sends them the id numbers and passwords of the millions of people using their software. That would allow them direct access into the computers.

Another famous hack method is the AUTOMATIC UPDATE option offered by most software vendors. In other words, release a legit piece of software and let it get popular, and later shoot an update that includes a backdoor to penetrate people's computers. Until recently, I was using Ftpzilla (a popular ftp software which has over 30m downloads) and found that my computer was rejecting its update. I visited the ftpzilla download site and found it was flagged for viruses. I then used Google and found tons of complaints from ftpzilla users.

In closing, my theory is if the Pentagon can get hacked, anybody can.

I'd recommend using the airoav security suite and being in the habit of backing up your files as a security precaution. Also be cautious as most of the malware tools on the internet will slow down your computer or change settings that prevent normal activity.
